Electro Therapy
Electrotherapy includes a series of treatments that use electricity to relieve pain, improve circulation, repair tissues, strengthen muscles, and promote bone growth, thereby improving body function .Electrotherapy devices generally consist of battery-operated devices that are connected by wires to adhesive electrodes placed on the skin. The electrode pads are sticky, so they stick to the skin. Once the electrodes are connected and the device is turned on, a mild current is sent to the skin through the electrodes.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a clinical approach based on skilled “hands on” therapy to decrease pain and improve the mobility of joints, soft tissues and nerves. At Arch, our physiotherapists and osteopaths have developed highly skills manual therapy during their studies and through further postgraduate training. Manual therapy is used to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of symptoms and conditions. Physiotherapists will usually combine manual therapy with exercise prescription and rehabilitation which will lead to a faster recovery of your function. Most of the practices we do in Manual Therapy are mobilization, manipulations, Trigger point release, Kinesio taping, kiastm, drycupping, Dry needling, Foam rolling.
Exercise Therapy
At Arch, Exercise Prescription is one of our core treatment approaches. Our physiotherapists, body specialists, have advanced knowledge in anatomy, physiology (science of movement), biomechanics and motor learning. They will target specific and safe exercise programmes for you, from the early stage of healing to getting back to your activities or favorite sport. Exercise therapy includes some predefined exercises, stretches, rehabilitation, Geriatric training, Core strengthening, Corrective exercises, Theraband workouts, Sports rehab, Fitness for seniors.
Fitness Training
Fitness training can stimulate various positive neuromuscular adaptations, thereby improving physical and mental health. The physical and mental health benefits that can be achieved through resistance training. Sports training increases muscle strength by making the muscles resist weight or strength. Resistance exercise is anaerobic exercise. Fitness training aims to adjust the body and mind of athletes through exercise and physical training programs to meet the unique needs of the game.

Home Visits For Physiotherapy
If you or your loved one feel pain and seek home physiotherapy, Arch Physiotherapy will provide you with a home physiotherapist, allowing you to treat it in the comfort of your home or office. In the case of joint replacement, a physical therapist can start to help you immediately after you decide to have surgery. We plan your recovery and start physical therapy at home as soon as you leave the hospital. Our goal is to minimize pain and edema, and retrain your muscles to gain strength and speed up recovery.
